Introduction

Students participating in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science training will strengthen their abilities to solve data-driven problems, think analytically, and tell stories with data, making them knowledgeable and effective individuals in the field of data science.

This training does not require prior knowledge for secondary school students, but for those with coding experience, it provides an opportunity to quickly develop their skill sets. By the end of the program, they will have a broad understanding of data science.
In the Foundations of Data Science course, students will learn what data is and explore the application areas of data science, starting to understand data analysis and modeling processes. In the Data Quality and Cleaning course, they will acquire skills to detect and correct missing or erroneous data, gaining the ability to work with reliable and high-quality data. In the Introduction to Data Analysis and SQL for Data Analysis courses, students will learn data analysis techniques and how to extract meaningful insights from data using SQL commands, allowing them to interpret these results effectively.
In the Introduction to Data Mining and Introduction to Big Data courses, students will develop skills to uncover hidden patterns in large datasets and use big data technologies, building a strong foundation in big data analysis and data mining. The Introduction to Artificial Intelligence course will help them understand how AI techniques work and how they are applied to real-world problems. Additionally, by working with tools such as Python and SQL to process and analyze data, students will gain practical experience with large datasets.

Know data privacy principles, security threats and data protection strategies.

Introduction to Data Analysis

Learns basic data analysis techniques and gains the competence to extract meaningful information from data.
Knows the basic data analysis stages such as data collection, pre-processing, analysis and reporting of results and applies simple analysis.
Performs basic statistical calculations such as mean, median, variance, comprehends the distribution and trends of data.

Introduction to Data Mining

Know what data mining is, in which areas it is used, and the basic steps of the process (data preparation, modeling and evaluation).

Introduction to Big Data

Recognize the basic principles of working with large and complex data sets and the technologies used to manage such data.

Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

Recognizes the basic principles, algorithms and application areas of artificial intelligence.
Know what artificial intelligence is, weak and strong artificial intelligence concepts and historical development.
Comprehend machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence techniques such as deep learning and artificial neural networks, and create simple artificial intelligence models on small data sets.

Data Analysis with SQL

Gains the ability to extract, process and analyze data from databases using SQL (Structured Query Language).

Data Analysis with Python

Gains the skills of data analysis using Python programming language.
Learns and applies popular libraries such as Pandas for data processing and analysis, NumPy for numerical calculations, Matplotlib and Seaborn for data visualization.

Data Visualization with Python

Presents data analysis results effectively. Extract meaning from data and have storytelling skills by using Python's powerful visualization libraries.
